reports of unethical conduct including reports of potential or actual non-compliance or fraud, waste and abuse from employees, agents, and associates (including vendors, contractors, customers, or any other individuals affiliated with the Company). Individuals may report potential misconduct on an anonymous basis, or request and receive confidentiality in making such reports.
The CVS Health Ethics Line is available twenty four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week by calling 877-CVS-2040 (877-287-2040). CVS Health prohibits retaliation against any Agent for reporting in good faith an issue of misconduct, illegal behavior, unethical behavior and/or any report of FWA. All good faith reports are thoroughly investigated.
