Deficit Reduction Act (“DRA”) False Claims Act Notice

Omnicare makes available to all of its contractors, subcontractors, agents, and employees of such contractors, subcontractors, and agents a written notice describing Omnicare's commitment to detecting and preventing health care fraud, waste, and abuse. The notice (at the link below) includes information about the federal False Claims Act, administrative remedies for false claims and statements, state laws that create civil or criminal penalties for false claims and statements, and whistleblower protections under such laws as required by the DRA. The notice requires all of Omnicare's contractors, subcontractors, agents, and employees of such contractors, subcontractors, and agents to abide by the information and related policies made available to them.
